The brief

Sell a feeling people have to be there to get.

Dave Koz and Friends at Sea is a music cruise, but the thing being sold isn't a boat. It's days of live performance, intimacy with the artists, and a crowd that comes back year after year. None of that fits in a brochure.

The job was to capture what the experience actually feels like and put it where the next year's guests would see it, so the film does the work a description can't.

What we made

The room, the music, and the people in it.

We shot and cut a film built around the energy of the event: performances, candid moments, the feeling of the whole thing in motion. Direction, cinematography, and edit were ours, alongside the photography that carries the same story across social and promotion.

It's the kind of piece that only works if you were trusted to be in the room. We were, and the footage shows it.

You had to be there. So we brought it back.
